The Endless Dirge
As the Tuba Angel comes forth, it brings with itself the full sonorous dirge of the demise of all who would incur its wrath. Anyone who can hear the Tuba Angel's music (normally audible out to several miles) must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become both Charmed by and Frightened of the Tuba Angel. They may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns, with disadvantage if the dirge is still audible. Anyone who fails by more than 5 points is awestruck by the Tuba Angel, becoming afflicted by these conditions until they finish a long rest. Anyone who fails by 10 or more is completely in the sway of the Tuba Angel, and is permanently Charmed, though no longer Frightened, as they have embraced the song of their true purpose.

Immutable, Unassailable
The Tuba Angel's form cannot be changed against its will. It cannot be silenced-any effect that would prevent the Tuba Angel from making sound (such as a Silence spell) is automatically disrupted if it is of similar power to a 6th level spell or weaker. A 7th or higher level spell or similar effect may potentially silence the Tuba Angel, but only if the creator of the silence succeeds on a check. The Tuba Angel rolls at +19 (Charisma plus Proficiency bonus), while the creator rolls with their casting stat or equivalent from 7th level. 8th level allows them to add proficiency bonus. 9th level allows for both proficiency bonus and advantage on the check.

Magic Resistance
The Tuba Angel has advantage on saves against magic.

An Unending Concert
The Tuba Angel regains 10 HP at the start of each of its turns.

Damage Threshold 15
Any instance of damage that deals less than 15 points (after resistance, if any, applies) is simply ignored. Anything that does 15 or more damage applies its full value normally.

Siege Monster
The Tuba Angel does double damage to objects and structures, usually leaving vast craters and wrecked buildings where it goes.

Titan Of Sound
The Tuba Angel does not suffer disadvantage on ranged attacks for having an adjacent enemy.

Actions
Blast Of Sound Ranged Spell Attack:
+19 to-hit, range 5,280'/26,400', all targets in a 40' radius burst. Hit: 5d10+10 thunder damage, and the target is deafened to all sounds except the Tuba Angel's until they complete a rest.

Melodious Burst
All within 60' of the Tuba Angel must make a DC 27 Constitution saving throw, taking 5d10+10 thunder damage on a failed save, or half on a success. On a failed save, they are also deafened to all sounds except the Tuba Angel's until they complete a rest.

Mind-Melting Music
The Tuba Angel selects up to nine targets it can perceive within 300'. They must each make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are stunned for one minute, though they may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns. Additionally, they are deafened to all sounds except the Tuba Angel's, and furthermore, the Tuba Angel can force them to hear anything that it wishes them to. On a successful save, the targets are not stunned and are merely deafened to all sounds except the Tuba Angel's.

Multiattack
The Tuba Angel makes three Blasts Of Sound.

Bonus Actions
Music Of The Gods
The Tuba Angel invokes the power of the gods through music. It immediately casts any spell of 8th level or lower that has a Verbal Component.

Reactions
Stereo Wall
In response to being targeted for an attack, the Tuba Angel lets out a sound so loud it is almost solid, granting it 3/4ths cover from that target until the start of the Tuba Angel's next turn.

Legendary Actions
The Tuba Angel can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Tuba Angel regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

Blast Of Sound. The Tuba Angel makes a Blast Of Sound attack.
Melodious Burst (Requires Two Actions). The Tuba Angel makes a Melodious Burst.
Music Of The Gods (Requires Three Actions). The Tuba Angel uses their Music Of The Gods.
