Basically, I figured a thread for the silly, cheesy ideas people have would be a good idea. Here is mine:
Could an 8th level Factotum using Arcane Dillante to cast Lesser Celerity use Cunning Surge to take as many actions as they had IP for and effectively pull off a Time Stop-esque effect? Would he need Uncanny Dodge (which can be gotten with Shape Soulmeld-Impulse Boots)?
