Inspired by this quote from the Tasha's Cauldron of Questionable Choices thread:

So nothing new to make the actual base class interesting. And a continued focus on locking interesting mechanics behind magic.

Still think Rune Knight should probably have been a barbarian, getting angry and growing really big just makes sense to me there.

The Hulking Fury A Barbarian archetype
Your rage taps into something primal and makes you literally larger than life.

Towering Rage
At third level, when you take this archetype, you may choose to gain the benefits of an enlarge/reduce spell (enlargement only) without need for Concentration when you enter a Rage. While you are Raging, you may use a bonus action to gain this benefit if you currently are not.

Bully the Small
At third level, when you take this archetype, you master the use of your size to control your foes. When you hit a creature that is smaller than you with an attack in melee, you may spend a bonus action to Shove that creature (see p. 195 of the PHB).

Hulking Hurler
When you reach 6th level, your ability to hurl thrown weapons becomes uncanny. Attacks with thrown weapons you make using Strength double their ranges. Despite your terrifying strength, you also gain the ability to choose to do no damage to objects and creatures thrown using this ability, enabling you to throw smaller allies as improvised weapons without injuring them. You can use grappled creatures that are smaller than you as improvised ranged weapons if they fail an opposed Strength(Athletics) check to stop you from throwing them away from yourself.

Titan Power
At 10th level, when you are under any effect which increases or decreases your size, you may choose to cause your size to be anything greater than your native size up to Huge. At 15th level, this limit increases to Gargantuan. When at least two size categories larger than your native size, you deal an additional 1d4 points of damage with all strength-based weapon attacks. Any time your Rage ends, you may cast enlarge/reduce without components as a free action, but only to increase your size.

Stepping On Ants
At 14th level, your massive footprint is a geographical hazard. When a creature at least two sizes smaller than you in your space or adjacent to your space is prone at the start of your turn, becomes prone during your turn, or you become adjacent to or enter the space of such a creature that is prone during your turn, you may, as a free action, make an opposed Strength(Athletics) check against that creature. If you win, the creature becomes Restrained until you are no longer adjacent to it or occupying its space. If the creature wins, you may not repeat this action against that creature until your next turn. On its turn, it may use its action to attempt to break free (and lose the Restrained condition) with a Strength saving throw against a DC of 8+your Strength modifier+your Proficiency bonus.

Apparently great minds think alike, at roughly the same time: https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?622430-Quick-and-dirty-Path-of-the-Hulk-PEACH

That said, the goal of our two ideas is slightly different. Yours has more of a focus on getting larger, while mine is more about trying to be a Hulk-like character (and does so in a probably a little overpowerd way) and thus only increases by 1 size category.

Still it's interesting to note that both have similar abilities. Both have abilities related to grappling, shoving and using creatures as weapons.
