This interesting feat gives you far hand at will, and also increases the weight it can manipulate by five pounds per hit due you possess. So even at first level, you’re outdoing a psion without this feat by not needing to expand psionics focus to use it, and you’re doubling his weight limit from 5 to 10 pounds.
It has a couple descendent feats, one which lets you use a swift action to recall a thrown weapon, and one which gives bonuses on combat maneuvers and defenses.
It does not obviate the need for concentration. So you’re going to be doing nothing else while using it.
Is it worth the feat? Does the increasing weight limit let us do anything interesting?
Notably, there’s no prerequisite. You don’t have to be psionic and it doesn’t give you power points, so may not make you psionic. Though I think a psi-like ability makes you psionic, anyway. But this can go on any class, any race. No need to go arcane trickster to pickpocket from a distance, perhaps?
