Goofy random question, would the shifting ability of Bloodclaw Master give a creature the ability to wield a weapon in its hand who couldn't already do so?

You can attack with a claw as a light off-hand weapon while wielding a weapon in your primary hand....

You could read that as granting you the ability to wield a weapon in your primary hand, but doing so requires ignoring both clear RAI and the most natural way of interpreting it as an English sentence.

So yeah, not gonna fly at most any table.

Have a look at Girallon's Blessing (spell). That gives you arms with claws that you can also use for weapons.
