Hey everyone. Just to let everyone know that I'm well-fit now and I'm continued to exercise. I got muscle and six-pack abs now. I still eat junk food now and then but not as much and I'm 196 lbs now.

There are no secrets. Just eat healthily, exercise every day. I do have a Youtube video of my muscles. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B5Z9SZBy8Kk

How do you track workouts and nutrition? Is there a particular app you use? I am in my mid 40s and trying to get back to my late 20s weight.

There's no I app. I work out for 3 or 4 days, take a break for a day then exercise the next day.

What kind of workouts do you do?

I do push-ups, squats, weight lift with dumbbells (5 lbs.) for the upper body and lower body. I also do sit-ups, I laid my back for raising my upper body, and finally, I raised my legs while laying down on my back.

I have been having success with myfitnesspal. I use it to track what I eat to try and keep under my calorie budget. It's also compatible with a plethora of apps so I can log my workouts in mapmyrun and have them show up on myfitnesspal. Best of all, the free version has everything I want.

My basic plan for nutrition is keeping to a 1800 calorie a day budget most of the time with one or two cheater days per week where I eat what I want. I find just logging what I eat (and being brutally honest with myself) helps me lose weight.

Well good for you then. If it helps you lose weight and eat the right type of healthy foods then keep using it then.
