[3.5] Templates That Improve Speed

Hey.

So I'm looking for a template I can apply to a Mimic (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/mimic.htm), that will improve its land speed. Also, has to be something that doesn't wipe out its special abilities, specifically must retain Mimic Shape.

Only official 3.0/3.5 sources please; ideally, not Dragon or Dungeon mag material.

Also, NOT looking for feat, gear or class based abilities - must be a template.

Great call! I totall overlooked it, and it's one of my favourite templates. That will get movement up to 20 ft.

Also, the stealth stuff should fit great as well.

Manual of the Planes, the Air Elemental Denizen template will give it 100ft perfect fly speed, however it will change it's type to elemental instead of Aberation. It doesn't make it lose any other abilities as far as I can tell.

Shadow Creature template adds 50% base speed to the creature, and probably stacks with Dark.

if you want a deluxe boost you need to go #Dragon 307 I guess:

Air Element Creature: 100ft fly speed

Came to say Dark and Shadow Template. Glad they're already mentioned.
It's hard with Aberration Type. :smallmad:

Lost can work. Land Speed +10 ft., +4 Str & Con, but -6 Int...

Phantom is an option to consider. It doesn't increase speed, but you become incorporeal while moving. Allowing you to pass through things instead of going around them.

Paragon (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/monsters/paragonCreature.htm) triples a creature's speed, though all of the other buffs may not necessarily be appropriate (depending on what you're using this monster for).

I am also looking for not expensive Speed Bumping Templates atm.

Any of these aquirable by a Warforged (already have the Dark Template on the character in question) would be VEY appreciated.
More speed as the only nonflyer is always a good idea. ^^
