D&D 3.5 Help Requested for a Construct Advancement

As the title Suggests
IF a Construct has advancement HD and you are Crafting said Construct.

Would the HD advancement going into HD:4,8,12 ect, Would that grant the construct a +1 bonus to any of it's attributes, even ones that might be shown as - , As any character gaining levels would?
