Starting question: What adventures have you played in where the goliath's Mountain Born trait came into play, or the environment being set at an altitude of 20,000 ft or higher was a factor?

I know where the number comes from, being the maximum altitude breathable air on Earth is around the 20,000 ft mark and altitudes above that the oxygen is too thin to stay up there long term (Everest being a perfect example of even if you could bring up enough heat sources, your body is still going to die from not getting enough oxygen if you stay up there too long).

But the inclusion for goliath's as a racial trait intrigues me. How often are you going to find situation where that applies, or how many adventures are there were such altitudes are a feature of the module and not just something the DM is bringing in on their own?
