I was wondering. Patrick Stewart? Idris Elba? Sean Connery?

Kate Blanchet? Tinda Swilton? 😅

Don't think Connery can make it...

Oh, good, someone else started a Dune thread, so I can post this:

Muad'bid the blue-eyed stranger
His name was a killing thing
And if you ever said it (said it)
Then jihad would ring!

Then one dusty Arakis Eve
The Fremen came to say
Atredis with your eyes so bright
Won't ride the worm tonight?

When all the Harkonen saw him (saw him)
Then they shouted their last breath
Muad'bid the blue-eyed stranger
Our fear is the little death!

James Cagney (with a lot of prosthetics) as Leto II.
Peter O'Toole as Paul (in flashbacks).

Pruitt Taylor Vince would have the best physical characteristics to play Leto II in my opinion. If you aren't familiar with the name it's because he's rarely been the lead actor in TV/Movie roles he's had but if you look him up you may recognize his supporting characters in many things you've seen. Aside from his heavy set appearance that I think would work well in the worm suit; there is just something about the way his eyes move that seems mildly disconcerting or like he could see right through you or the person he's looking at. I think he could pull off the far away look that Herbert describes when Moneo senses "The Worm" is coming in their conversations.

The rest of the cast I could see multiple people to play the roles but here's a few ideas:

Chris Evans for Duncan Idaho

A dark complexion attractive female like Mila Kunis but not her for Siona Atreides

Keanu Reeves for Moneo perhaps?

I don't know, I'm putting too much thought into this, lol

Wow... sung to the tune of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Raindeer? No thank you sir lol.

I like the last line though "Our fear is the little death"

I would cast a bobbit worm as Leto, with Morgan Freeman's face and voice attached to it.
