i'm building a succubus atm, 20th level, and it hit me. she could easily enter prcs like sublime chord, where the primary limiting factor is skill ranks and not spellcasting.
so i got bard7/sublimechord 1
but im sure you guys can come up with something better.
has to be arcane base class, and spontaneous. if you absolutely have to use wizard i guess its ok but i prefer spontaneous.
