Ive been wanting to play a Hexblade-Unity Domain multiclass in DnD for a bit now. I know the two choices are strong apart, but are they strong together? What races would be best for the multiclass? Feats? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They're both incredibly broad in their applications. What are you trying to do with the Build?

Seeing how Hexblades act as great strikers and Peace Domains focus on proximity-dependent buffs where you need to be within a certain range of someone to benefit from said buffs, I was thinking of the playstyle being similar to the paladin, offering passive support being going in to get some damage in with weapons and debuffs, with occasional auxiliary healing where its needed

1 level of Peace Cleric on a Hexblade would be handy. More, not so much.

Since you'll be focusing on CHA, your WIS will likely only be middling (probably 13/14ish for multiclass requirement purposes), which is just fine for 1 level of Peace Cleric. Take utility cantrips like Guidance, Mending, and Thaumaturgy, and prepare Cleric spells that aren't WIS-dependent, like Protection from Evil and Good, Bless, and Detect Magic (for ritual casting). Healing Word would also be a good pick, since while it does rely on WIS, when used to pick up an unconscious person it doesn't really matter if it heals 2 or 9 HP.

Emboldening Bond isn't WIS-dependent, and actually scales with Proficiency Bonus so it doesn't rely on Cleric levels either.
