[You] are offered diplomatic immunity, 1,000p 10,000 gold for your spending limit while you're here per year

So, apparently my 12 year old kobold was just hired by some uber rich king or something. Maybe sold his soul, and promised to be the king's guard. Something like that.

So, anyway, I've got daddy's credit card. As an aspiring dragon, what should my first purchase be?

Are we Dragonwrought? If we're not, time is a valuable resource we shouldn't neglect, and should be factored into folks' suggestions

Also, topically, someone just posted a handbook (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?623082-D-amp-D-3-5-Quick-amp-Dirty-Kobold-Handbook) for kobolds a little while ago that might be of use

Oh, no. Just a regular Pathfinder kobold.

What level is the character and current layout as far as items and abilities go?

Level 5, spheres of power caster. A bit of Dark sphere, some Destruction. A bit of Alteration.

Can't help with anything Spheres-specific, but Pathfinder Useful Items (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DHWw-CyTWPKSNw9yvIz9QMUe-a5_diq0aFzfz18tAVQ/edit)

If you are a diplomat, then first thing is, of course, entourage (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/downtime/buildings-and-organizations/#Entourage). There will be cost of living (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment/goods-and-services/hunting-camping-survival-GEAR/#Food_Lodging_aka_Monthly_Cost_of_Living) (presumably, 100 gp per month). The rest would somewhat depend on whether you are expected to use the funds for your diplomatic endeavors or for personal gains. Assuming the former, you probably will want some bards (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/downtime/rooms-and-teams/#Apprentice) to gather and spread information and maybe someone (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/downtime/rooms-and-teams/#Mage) to oversee the bunch. Building a network of well-placed paid informants seems to be less covered by the rules, as is bribing people to accomplish stuff, but I expect these would be reasonable expenses. After all that is considered, maybe you'll be able to cram a diplomat’s ring (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/3rd-party-magic-items/3rd-party-rings/iron-hills-games/damnable-things-rings/the-good/diplomat-s-ring/) in there some year. Armed guards (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/downtime/rooms-and-teams/#Elite_Guards) optional.
