[3.5 Age of Worms] Level 14 Looking for Next Character Ideas

I'm in a long-running Age of Worms Campaign and my ECL14 Wizard/Binder/Anima Mage is bound (ho ho ho) to die soon.

My party is chock full of divine and melee, so I elect to be wizzardly one.

Does anyone have any simple arcane caster build suggestions for my next character? Core and Completes only are allowed, with Dragon on a case-by-case.

What about a sublime chord build? You're at a high enough level where you get to skip that early-game awkwardness and get straight to the high-level spell payoffs.

That spounds like the ideal case to play some of the weirder/needs higher Level to work Classes or class comboes, I agree.

1.: Flexibility KIng:
How about Shair?
Especially given you dont need to do divine unless you really really need it (^^), that would allow you unparalleled access.
As Race you could even get something tematically fitting, given how far you aare levelwise (IF LA buyoff is in, that is).

2.: Theme King:
Dread Necromancer Build?

You would be far enough into the area of prestiging, whichever way you want, or assuming your Table reads its Capstone ifferently, far enough to paly it with an undead and have payed off most of the LA?


3.: Boring old Classic: Wizard/Incantatrix. Simple Power.

For a caster who is specialized yet-fun, I really like spontaneous divination wizard with any or all of the following prcs

Divine oracle
Unseen seer
Master specialist (divination)


There is also a feat that gives a save boost when you cast a divination spell....insightful divination maybe?

Anyway, thats a simple caster build that gets its own niche without dumping or OPing other parts of itself.
