Holy Sword and Weapon Augment Crystals

The Holy Sword spell (and its other alignment counterparts) should not suppress weapon augment crystals since they are in addition to any enhancements the weapon already has correct?

I believe you are correct. Also, because of the wording of the spell, it appears that casting Holy Sword on a weapon and then attaching a greater weapon augment crystal would allow you to gain the effects of the highest tier augment crystal, even if your weapon is normally only a +2 or less weapon.

An interesting detail is that you can attach the augment crystal before casting the spell, it will not have any effect on the weapon unless the weapon is already masterwork or more (depending on the crystal), but once you cast the spell on the weapon and turns into a +5 weaponn the crystal will become effective.

So there is not really a need to use actions to attach the crystal post spell casting, you can gain the benefit immediately when casting the spell if you do it this way.
