Dybbuk possessed body can cast spells?

As in the title, a Dybbuk (fiendish codex I) while possessing a body can use eventual spells he learned ? (For example a Dybbuk with a sorcerer level) Or if the body was one with caster levels can the Dybbuk use the spells (or prepare the spells? ) At logic I would say no but I'm unsure as the rule talk only about extraordinary, spell like and supernatural abilities (and it acquire the statistics of the creature)

If it works like Magic Jar, then the Dybbuk could cast its own spells (assuming the body has hands and can speak) but couldn't cast spells that the possessed victim knew.
