Bloodline question

Bloodlines do not advance spell slots or give you new abilities.
However the entry says that you use the BL level for all level based abilities.
If an ability is usable class level number times per day, does the BL level affect this?

Let's check the barbarian's rage for an example regarding this:

"At 1st level he can use his rage ability once per day. At 4th level and every four levels thereafter, he can use it one additional time per day (to a maximum of six times per day at 20th level)"

From there we can see that rage uses are dependant on level, one additional use for every four levels past level four. So a Barbarian 2 with 2 levels of bloodline would count as Barbarian 4 for rage so he could use rage 2 times per day.

Note: You must have the class feature before you can apply your bloodline levels to it. This is no problem when we are talking about rage since you get it on your first barbarian level but a rogue's Trap Sense will not be gained until you get your 3rd level of rogue, meaning that a Rogue 2 - Bloodline 3 does not have Trap Sense but when he becomes Rogue 3 - Bloodline 3 not only does he gets Trap Sense he gets Trap Sense +2 as a Rogue 6.
