The Warptome Of Slaanesh
Artifact, Wondrous Item

This hefty tome includes, among other things, a dizzying array of spells, rituals, and powers. It is also usable as an arcane focus, granting +1 to your save DC when used. This increases to +3 if the spell is from the Enchantment school.

For the spell list, see Michael's Archdevil Warlock Patrons.

Robes Of The Mind Master
Artifact, Robes

These armored robes have two modes-infiltration, and combat. In combat mode, they grant +2 to AC, +10' to move speed, and resistance to one type of damage, chosen upon switching to the mode and changeable as a bonus action.

In Infiltration mode, they grant the ability to cast Misty Step at-will, advantage on Stealth checks, and the ability to morph into any set of suitable clothes as a bonus action.

Switching between modes is an action.

Talisman Of Heretics
Artifact, Wondrous Item

This simple pendant is imbued with a spark of subtle Warp energy. While you wear it, you are immune to magic that allows other creatures to read your thoughts, determine whether you are lying, know your Alignment, or know your creature type. Creatures can telepathically communicate with you only if you allow it. Furthermore, if the wearer passes their save against an ability that would discern information about them by at least five points, they can instead give false information, usually by using Deception to contest the caster's Insight or casting stat.

(Some fluff explanations based on artifact rolls)

As is typical for Primarch armor, it's highly fire-resistant, shielding the user against any blaze brought to bear. Despite its lightweight design, it's still all-covering enough to keep Chase injured against disease, which will serve him well when infiltrating any Nurgle cults. It also will heal him slowly over time, keeping him battle-ready so long as he's not at death's door.

Unfortunately, the armor wasn't quite ready when it was first put into use - the disguise programming wasn't quite complete, and now that Chase has gone rogue, likely never will be. The armor is still quite capable of replicating gems and jewelry and the like, but it's still attempting to complete its database of such things, and will scan any such items that come into contact. This scan process is where the error exists, as it assaults the shinies with esoteric energies in order to get a full understanding of how they should exist when replicated physically. This leaves them fragile and slightly dulled - not immediately noticeable to the untrained eye, but even a novice could detect the sudden issues in a gem with a cursory inspection with the proper tools.

Chase's Talisman keeps his mind safe from the warped Psyker energies that he hasn't really mastered yet. It focuses his power through a narrow lens instead of letting it spill out to touch all nearby minds, granting him immense focus on his surroundings (particularly useful when in combat with other beings), and as an added bonus, shields him from the negative effects of warp energies to a degree. Unfortunately, by now Chase is too used to the handicap: if the talisman is taken away from him, and no longer keeps his powers tightened through that lens, the sensory input overwhelms his mind, effectively rendering him blind (still seeing things, but unable to register anything he's seeing).

Chase's tome is a cursed thing. While in his possession, it fills his mind with esoteric knowledge and heresy, kept at bay through sheer force of will. It grants him the ability to use many forms of magic normally unavailable to him - some of immediate use in dangerous situations, others careful rituals that let him blend in with his prey. As part of helping him infiltrate cults, the tome also inures Chase against disease, which is helpful in the event he has to remove his armor for some reason.

But it all comes at a price: the heresy whispered in his ear makes subtle changes to his life, his behavior, and his body. He overeats immensely, and puts on weight, and a voice whispers heresy in his ear: telling him how great he is, how much better he is than someone when he meets them for the first time, how his way of doing things is the right way, and others are just getting in the way...how he could bring peace to the galaxy by force, if he had the might of the empire at his command, how he deserves to rule, how it was stolen from him. He ignores it as best he can, but he doesn't disagree with parts of it. The idea is planted, and while he comes to his senses when away from his tome, it's just too useful to leave behind.

Is there is a collection of warhammer 40k homebrew for 5e?

The closest you'll get would probably be going to the homebrew compendium (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?481588-D-amp-D-5e-Homebrew-Compendium-2) and ctrl+F for WH40k terms. JNA's also made a bunch, so you could probably find a number of such things in their homebrew signature.

As AvatarVecna mentioned, JNA will be your best source. I don't remember adding links for 40k stuff from anyone else to the compendium, so you should be safe to ctrl+F for their name to narrow your search down.
