I'm working on a drow mage, using the aligned spellcaster and drow wizard variant. The class build is PF Wizard 2/Master Specialist 3/Incantatrix 10/Archmage 5. He is a teacher specializing in metamagic and spell duels/combat. I found the spell Battlemagic Perception that will let me counterspell for free once per casting, what is the best way to have this up on a nearly constant basis? It is a 3rd level spell and takes a standard action to cast then is suspended after a successful counterspell. Any other neat tricks or ideas for the character would be appreciated as well. All official Pathfinder/3.5 content is available.
