Empowered Movement
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your Wisdom score rather than your Strength score when calculating jump distances and do not require a running start to jump the full distance. Additionally, you know both jump and longstrider and can cast each of them once per long rest. You can cast them after you have already used this feature by expending 1 ki point.

Interception
At 3rd level, you learn to exert your will on the energy surrounding your enemies and gain 2 new reactions as long as you have one free hand to intertwine your ki with the arcane threads.
Ranged interception: When a creature within 20' of you makes a physical attack you can use your reaction to expend 1 ki point and roll one of your martial arts die, subtracting the number rolled from the attack roll. If the attack still hits the damage is reduced by the number rolled. The range of this feature increases to 30’ at 6th level, 40’ at 11th level, and 50’ at 17th level.
Interceptive Defense: When a creature makes a physical attack against you, you can use your reaction to gain an additional bonus to your AC equal to your Wis. modifier until the start of your next turn.
At 6th level you can expend 1 ki point to make this feature cover 1 ally within 5’ of you in addition to yourself as long as they remain within 5’ of you.

Empowered Awareness
Thanks to your connection to the world around you can add 1d4 to any of the following skill checks a total number of times equal to your PB; animal handling, deception, insight, intimidation, investigation, medicine, perception, and persuasion. You may use this ability additional times at the cost of 1 ki point. You can only use this ability once per skill check.

Willful Maneuvering
You learn to exert your will on the battlefield. As long as you have one free hand to intertwine your ki with the arcane threads, as an action or bonus action you can move a creature or object within the range of your Ranged Interception up to 10' in any direction as long as they remain within range. The distance that a creature can be moved without costing additional ki extends to 15’ at 6th level, 20’ at 11th level, and 25’ at 17th level. A creature may resist this with either a Str. or Wis (their choice) saving throw vs your Monk Save DC. If an item is being held by a creature you must make a Wisdom check + your PB against the Strength saving throw of the creature holding it. The ki cost for this depends on the size of the creature or item you are attempting to move.

You can extend the distance that you can move the target by expending a number of ki points equal to 1/2 the initial cost (rounded up) per additional 5' of movement up to a maximum of 30 feet with a minimum cost of 1 ki point.
Once on each of your turns, when you are holding a creature or item using this feature you can exert your will to deal an amount of force damage equal to 1 roll of your martial arts die. You can increase this damage by an additional number of dice up to your proficiency bonus by expending an additional ki point per additional die.
Additionally, if a tiny object that is not being held or tied down is within 10 feet of you you can use a free action to pull it into your hand.

Social Maneuvering
Starting at 6th level you can work your way into another creature's mind. As long as you have one free hand to intertwine your ki with the arcane threads you can expend 1 ki point as an action to attempt to charm a creature that can see or hear you for a number of minutes equal to 1 roll of your martial arts die. The chosen creature must make an intelligence saving throw or be charmed by you. At the end of the minute they must make another Intelligence saving throw. On a success they know that they were charmed. You can choose to make them fail this saving throw by expending 1 ki point.
The condition ends early if the target takes damage from you or any of your allies. If the condition ends early the target knows that they were charmed by you.

Willful Interrogation
At 11th level, you learn to exert your will on a creature to get the truth out of them. As long as you have one free hand to intertwine your ki with the arcane threads you can spend 3 ki points over the course of 10 minutes to attempt to force a creature with which you share a language to share information with you. The creature must make an Intelligence saving throw. If they fail you may ask them 3 questions and are incapable of lying to you. Any time that they attempt to withhold any information by not answering a question they must make another Intelligence saving throw. If they succeed they can withhold the information, if they fail they gain 1 level of exhaustion and must answer the question truthfully.

Stunning Maneuvering
When you reach 11th level in this class, you can force a creature held by your Willful Maneuvering or Willful Interrogation to make Constitution Saving throw or be stunned by expending 1 additional ki.

Rejuvenating Meditation
At 17th level, if you spend a full turn in meditation without moving or taking damage and forgoing both your action and bonus action you can roll 2 of your martial arts dice. You regain a number hit points equal to the number rolled and a number of ki points equal to half (rounded up) of the number rolled. You can not do this again until you complete a long rest.
