I was unaware being given an order was "being treated like a little kid".

Hinjo runs the ship. If Elan wants to go back for Haley, the Order is free to stop at the next port and part ways with Hinjo.

Seems like Haley's in as much danger now as she was when Nale infiltrated the Order, but Elan is still sitting around playing bodyguard to Hinjo. You'd think he'd at least have done something in the four months that they've been separated, but apparently not. Tsk, Elan.

Elan knows that even tho a small rescue party would be a suicide mission, that's exactly why it would work. Dramatic tension and all.

Elan is forgetting that the Dashing Swordsman is the one that makes the rescues and the particularly dashing entrances. Maybe he will remember and then he will crash through some more windows to save the day!
