improved domain source please

I was searching through the old forum postings researching for a future chara. I came across "improved magic domain" I don't know if this is a domain, feat, spell or ??? could someone please direct me to what it is. Also what book it is in. My DM usually wants the source for reference.

Drag Mag 342, p. 21 - 25. Only lists improved powers for certain domains.

Unfortunately that would be reproducing copyright content and is against forum rules. I suggest asking your DM - you have the number and page so it should be easy for the DM to check.

It is a poorly thought out D&D article, seems more homebrew in flavor without the matching considerations is this a good idea, is this balanced, there is like 4 different ways to get improved domain power, etc.
