Once upon a time, WotC had Dungeon Tile Mapper at:
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dungeontilesmapper/

It's still there, but it only has the first three sets. As anybody else maintained an updated version of this? Or does anybody have a different program that does this?

I'll take that as a no.

Oh, well. It was a real niche product at best.

Check out roll20... that might be what you are looking for! There are plenty of guides to it on YT!

If WotC removed features you could try the wayback machine.

If WotC removed features you could try the wayback machine. It's still there and nothing's missing, but a lot of tiles were added after it was released. Those haven't been added to this. I wonder if anyone else has added them.

Unless Roll20 has WotC's tiles in it, it is not what I am looking for.

Question... for what do you need WotC-specific tiles?

I have a large collection of the WotC-specific tiles, I'm running games for the family, and I'd love to have a tool for planning.
