Epic Poison Crafter (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ei/20021110a) (feat)

Alchemist Savant (prc) from Magic of Eberron grants poison use and reduced crafting times for alchemical itens (and, eventually potions).

Tattooed Monk (prc) from Complete Warrior. The Spider Tattoed gives the ability to spend stunning fist uses to make a melee attack that delivers a contact poison. Note that the Spider Tattoo from the original prc (Oriental Adventures) added poison to all the unarmerd attacks, but it was retconned in a issue of Dragon Magazine and them reprinted with further tweaks in CW.

There are also 3 prcs (that I know of) from Dragon Magazine issues:

Barber (Dragon 321) grants the ability to create more potent poisons (increasing damage to those that deal damage or increasing the duration of non damage dealing poisons)

Poisoner (Dragon 313) gives you three poison attacks (touch, breath, gaze) over the course of 10 levels, plus the ability to delay or quicken the onset of poisons. It also giver use poison, increased saves against poison and complete immunity at level 10.

Poison Fist (Dragon 298) another monk prc. Poison use, the ability to make poisonous sneak attacks a few times per day and poison immunity by level 7.
