What else can you spend skill points on other than skills?

Besides skills I have found skill tricks (at 2 skill points a skill trick) and for illiterate types like barbarians, literacy (for a flat 2 points).

What else can skill points be spent on?

If you consider speak language a non skill speak language (as from what i remember there isn't a limit on points of speak language) then i think nothing else?
