Did anyone else get to enjoy this series on HBO Max? It's a weird, scary, intriguing, and immersive Sci-fi experience. Ridley Scott (Aliens franchise) wrote it and directs the first 2 episodes. Basically there's a huge war on earth between atheists and theists that essentially destroys the planet and both factions are seeking to colonize a moon of Jupiter where the conflict continues. Season 1 ends on a cliff-hanger and I'm not sure where the plot is headed in Season 2 but I will be certain to watch.
