What happens if they're dead more than a month?

What happens if they die while affected by a previous death?

Tremors - does a character who was dead 1-4 weeks have disadvantage on every Dex roll for 1d4 days followed by the chance for disadvantage forever after? Or just the latter?

Also, are the tremors intended to affect fine or gross motor, or both? Stuff like Sleight of Hand is more fine motor, stuff like Acrobatics or dodging a fireball are more gross motor. A lot of people with tremors IRL have more trouble with fine motor than gross motor skills, but if it's combined with something like ataxia (impaired balance) it affects gross motor as well.

Nightmares - do they gain exhaustion when this ruins a long rest? If so, it could easily be fatal.

Stunned - similar to the tremors question, do the different levels stack? Looking at the conditions, it seems like stunned differs from incapacitated mainly in that an incapacitated character can still use their movement, so would this character start wandering around disoriented after a few hours?

Overall, these seem like interesting effects. Vary greatly in how incapacitating they are, but that's the fun of a table like this.
