I'd say that "The Living Years" by Mike and the Mehanics fits in perfectly for Horace, Eugene and Roy ( http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=NqQM-HoFeEk ). Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley would probably work for Haley and Elan.

:elan: The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song - The Flaming Lips. Mostly just because Elan would love the Flaming Lips. Alternately, Knowledge - Operation Ivy.
:haley: Personality Crisis - The New York Dolls. I mean, C'mon. "Frustration, Honey, is what you've got."
:belkar: Psycho-Killer - The Talking Heads. Pretty self explanatory.
:roy: Caution - Operation Ivy. "Caution is a word that I can't understand! Caution! Can't understand!"
:durkon: I'm going to go with The Prayer by Bloc Party as well. It just really fits.
:thog: Bounce - System of a Down. It's psychotic, but hilarious!

I'll just stay with the Order since I don't feel like thinking too much.

:elan: Safety Dance - Men Without Hats
Gotta go with the OP on that one. His friends don't dance and if they don't dance then they're no friends of mine.
:vaarsuvius: Dude (Looks Like a Lady) - Aerosmith
Can there be any other?
:haley: Money for Nothing - Dire Straits
The song overall doesn't fit her, but the title does.
:roy: Animate Me - Rush
The title explains it pretty well.
:belkar: EDIT: Violent Pornography - System of a Down
On second thought, this fits his personality better (everyone remember lust/hate?).
:durkon: The Miracle - Queen
Cleric = Divine Intervention.

just one (and only excerpts of that):

(everyone): American Pie
roy's brother (who might have been a bard, if he lived):
the way we used to smile...
the day.....the music died.
:elan: (and http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee198/geekyhedgehog/hinjo.gif):
the jester sang for the king
:roy::
eight miles high and falling fast
:haley: and :belkar::
the players tried for a forward pass, with the jester on the sidelines

Roy gets Queen's "We Are the Champions". I find it surprising how much of Supertramp's "Fools Overture" plays into his last day and a bit of the afterlife, though it seems sort of like it would work more from Elan's perspective. (The last verse... not so much.)

"Suspicious Minds" used to work pretty well for Haley, though her current predicament suggests Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" -- at least with regard to input from her inner voices.

Belkar's a "Singing in the Rain" guy. You only have to watch A Clockwork Orange to understand why.

Elan gets "The Song that Never Ends". He just does.

V's song is, "I Got the Power". It's even a four word title.

Durkon fits Prism's "Armageddon" mainly for the chorus, but there's more to it than that in the first verse. Thousands aren't waiting for Elvis, but there is that wait for Roy, and of course there's: "The sound of thunder crackin'..."

And Dalbello's "Gonna Get Close to You" was practically written for a certain purple-garbed ninja.

Edit: Forgot Miko: OMD's "Maid of Orleans".

Theme song for the series, with Elan at the guitar. Roy sings about the part with the broadsword (while sighing).

Durkon would have some bagpipes as some background music in scenes where he's around.

For Varsuvius (Dont know how to post they faces yet), I'd say Lola, or Dude looks like a lady like the last guy. For the Belkster, there are plenty of songs about random massacre. For Roy I'd go with Stairway to Heaven. Elan would be, I go with OP and safety dance. I don't know what Durkon would be. Haley i'm not sure, but Haley and Elan together would be I will always love you. Also Haley could be Crazy Train.

I suppose I Don't Like Mondays by the Boomtown Rats would fit in for Belkar (assuming that everyday is Monday): http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=POl4vFp-5os . At the minute Blue Jay Way by the Beetles fits in well for Haley: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ32e5vuWCc . American Pie is quite a good choice for the entire Order.

I'll do a few more since I have nothing better to do:

:xykon: Thunderstruck - AC/DC
Seemed appropriate for a sorceror who likes to destroy things.
:thog: Shiny Happy People - R.E.M.
He may be evil, but he's always so happy.
:miko: Psycho - System of a Down
This should require no explanation.
:sabine: The Jack - AC/DC
Just seemed to fit.
:mitd: I Don't Know - Ozzy Osbourne
He's pretty clueless.
:nale: Brain Damage - Pink Floyd
I'm fairy confident he's insane.
:roach: Flaming - Pink Floyd
...I honestly have no idea what those lyrics mean, so the title is as far as the connection goes.
:redcloak: Revenga - System of a Down
Again, mostly the title (these lyrics actually make some sense to me though)

Snarl: It's the End of the World As We Know It - R.E.M.
How fitting.

V's familiar would definitely be "Freebird"
