I have access to Wayfinders Guide and Rising from the Last War through DMs sharing on DNDBeyond and I've been looking through https://eberron.fandom.com/

Where else can I go to get good overall lore of the history and world of Eberron (ideally free and required to be legal)?

For those who are fans of the setting this might be obvious but, just in case.
The creator of Eberron has a blog where he talks about and posts a lot of lore about Eberron.

One thing to note is that there's a difference between canon (what's in the published books) and kanon (Keith's vision of Eberron, as presented on the blog and in unofficial books he's published, like Exploring Eberron). The two differ on occasion, as not everything in WotC books has been written by Keith and he doesn't agree with some of the published material (Forge of War, Faiths of Eberron and Magic of Eberron from 3.5 being propably the biggest offenders). And as ownership rights to Eberron belong to WotC, nothing on the blog or in Exploring Eberron (or any other non-WotC published book) is considered official canon.
