What spells reference disease??

This is an offshoot of one of other threads in that the spell Harm has you make use of 'disease' to unleash. Making for strange interactions against abilities that interact with disease. Example, a 10th level monk is technically immune to the spell of Harm ( due to 'virulent disease' ). What other spells 'unleash a disease' in the description of it's effect despite disease not being the end result. Making for a person like a 10th level monk to be immune to it unexpectedly?

Contagion. Arguably Eyebite "Sickened" option. Probably not Ray of Sickness, since it mentions poisoned, but possibly.

That's all I can think of besides Harm.
