I'm a big fan of repurposing my old 3/3.5e adventures and using them in other campaigns or editions. I'm talking about short 10-20 page adventures, not stuff like Red Hand of Doom (although I love me some RHOD).
I'll start: I really like the "Dry Spell" adventure (you can find it on DMs guild, I can't post the link because my account is new, lol) - I think the mystery around the dried-up lakes makes for a quirky hook, and the fact that the culprit ends up being a bugbear with a magic sponge is so goofy and weird. It's a fun one to plop into an existing setting, too. I actually used it in conjunction with the aforementioned RHOD, and made the bugbear a gang leader working for the Red Hand horde.
