Building a Halruuan Greatship

So one of my epic characters is building a ship for a buddy and sparing no expense...so money isn't an issue, but I'm having trouble finding layouts/plans. Does anyone in the playground have any experience outfitting/building ships and know of any layouts? I've got the base statistics from stormwrack and shining south, but I'm also looking at upgrading the hull and other things.

Also, what sort of modifications were you thinking of?

I'm looking at upgrading the weapons, and I've also seen ways to upgrade the hull. I want to look at making some resetting gust of wind traps for the sails for extra propulsion.
