Like the title says is it legal now that tashas caldron of everything is now available? So could I play it in an AL game?

Only in season ten (Rime of the Frostmaiden and the related modules). So far, everything from past seasons is considered "Historic", and runs off the season 9 player's guide. We're still awaiting an updated ALPG for historic that might allow for Tasha's.
