If I have the legendary Artisan feat, and I craft a scroll of a spell with an xp cost, do I also reduce the xp cost associated with the spell?
For example the XP cost of a scroll of a 5th level spell, Cl 9th, is normally 45 xp (25x5x9x.04) which would be reduced to 33.75 xp with Legendary Artisan.
But say I craft a scroll of Commune, which normally has a 100 xp cost, therefore a scroll would have an xp cost of 145, if I had Legendary Artisan would I pay 108.75 xp (145 X 0.75) or would I pay 133.75 xp [(45 x 0.75) + 100]
