Trying to find a lost PDF for dnd 3.5

I've been trying to locate a copy of Dire Press's Shroud of the Aether for dnd 3.5, but it seems to be no place. I've seen evidence that it was once sold online, either through their website which existed in 2006 or through one of the larger retailers but its since been taken down (the publisher appears on DMsguild but they have no content). I was able to find the first four pages (of 37) but....

If anyone knows where I can find this, let me know! I'd prefer a legit source if possible, but if its the d20 equivilant of abandonware i just want to make sure it isnt lost forever.
