okay lets lay down the ground work, everything listed is allowed
the attributes are high enough to work for any spell level, and the character base caster level is 38.
this is a level 20 Artificer using the spell in question from a scroll or staff UMD as an Infusion place permanently on an item
Artificer Item Creation (Ex) Magic items created by an artificer are considered neither arcane nor divine
Artificer Metamagic Spell Trigger (Su)
Artificer Metamagic Spell Completion (Su)

(SU) Supernatural abilities are magical but not spell-like. Supernatural abilities are not subject to spell resistance and do not function in areas where magic is suppressed or negated (such as an antimagic field). A supernatural ability's effect cannot be dispelled and is not subject to counterspells

Heighten Spell + Improved Heighten Spell (Metamagic) Heighten Spell actually increases the effective level of the spell that it modifies. All effects dependent on spell level (such as saving throw DCs and ability to penetrate a lesser globe of invulnerability) are calculated according to the heightened level. no limit to the level to which you can heighten the spell

Evelope the Wall (Metamagic) may increase the level at which you cast a spell gaining +2 for each level raised for penetrating SR

Maximize Spell (Metamagic) All variable numeric values (typically the dice of damage) of the target spell automatically roll maximum

Irresistable Spell (Metamagic) Spells you cast that normally allow a saving throw do not allow a saving throw. An irresistible spell uses up a spell slot 4 levels higher than the spell's actual level

Now the spell in question Normally offers Spell Resistance and a Will Save

Q1: would this Infusion now bypass SR and no longer allow a save?
Q2: if the target of the spell had immunity to supernatural and magic spells, would this Infusion no longer be able to effect the target?
