In my DMly opinion? You'd hear both Sendings at once.

Now, since it lasts six seconds at most and is a 25 word message at most, the odds of this happening are... Slim, to say the least. But if it DID happen, you'd hear them both at once.

What happens if two people coincidentally cast sending on the same target at the same time? We used to have an answer to that: it's like trying to both talk at the same time to each other over an HF secure radio channel. You step on each other, and all that ends up being on the channel is noise. (Granted, this is an emulation of Real Life stuff in the Navy back in the 80's, but "you were stepped on, say again, over" was something I said and heard more than once ...)
