Hey folks,

Imagine I've got a level 5 Divine Soul Sorcerer. I cast Enhance Ability (cat's grace) to gain advantage on stealth checks. I try sneaking, but even with advantage I fail the check. I decide to use Magical Guidance to spend a sorcery point to reroll the check. I can't figure out if the reroll is also at advantage or not. Any thoughts?

Anytime an ability allows you to reroll something it only affects one roll of the dis/advantage of the roll.

When you have advantage or disadvantage and something in the game, such as the halfling's Lucky trait, lets you reroll or replace the d20, you can reroll or replace only one of the dice. You choose which one. For example, if a halfling has advantage or disadvantage on an ability check and rolls a 1 and a 13, the halfling could use the Lucky trait to reroll the 1.

Perfect, thank you!
