Can it stack if two party members cast this upon the same three allies?

You'd gain the effects of the higher-level Aid spell. But no, they do not stack.

Edit: too slow on the trigger

In general, multiple castings of the same spell never stack in 5e. This counts spell like bless, booming blade, and aid.

PHB, 205:

"The effects of the same spell cast multiple times don't combine. Instead, the most potent effect - such as the highest bonus - from those castings applies while their durations overlap.

"For example, if two Clerics cast Bless on the same target, the character gains the spell's benefit only once."

Appreciate it fellas, I should have known this. It's been a prolonged period since I've indulged. Good to be back at it.

But it does stack with temp hp as from spells like armor of agathys or from an inspirational speech feat.

For those scratching their head on this; it is true by RAW, as Aid doesn't grant "Temporary Hit Points" but instead raises the target's maximum and current hit points by 5, and by an additional 5 for each slot level above 2nd, for the duration of the spell.

If it granted Temporary Hit Points then it wouldn't, since;

Temporary Hit Points
...
Healing can't restore temporary hit points, and they can't be added together. If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you decide whether to keep the ones you have or to gain the new ones. For example, if a spell grants you 12 temporary hit points when you already have 10, you can have 12 or 10, not 22.
