Well, technically marionette heads judging by the strings. But on the far left of the pot-stirrer panel there are three green things hanging over the bed which appear to be two heads with hair and one that looks like a troll head from Neverwinter Nights.

Those look like house plants, and the middle one looks like it's not very healthy.

Yeah, they're houseplants, but my favorite part of this is that I know exactly what you're referring to with that. I remember playing a custom module where you could collect goblin, orc, and troll heads and turn them in for a reward, and I had about a million bloody troll heads in my bag. That icon is burned forever into my psyche.
