Hello. I'm looking for Advice on my Rogue and could use some Advice

The character is 5Th Level

1: Should I Go Strait Rogue or Should I take Two levels in say Fighter or Something

2: I can see this Character as Either a Variant Human or a wood Elf

Base on Race what should I do concerning feats. Not looking Sharpshooter right now

I do have a free feat the DM gave every one

What would be a good build ?

Well, I'm not always a huge fan of elven accuracy, but in this case assuming point buy, you can turn a starting Dex of 17 into 18 and you are going to be attacking with advantage pretty regularly, so you'll get a lot of benefit out of it. If you don't like this I'd be looking at other 1/2 Dex feats, as your character is going to be heavily reliant on Dex.

As to the Multi-class thing that's largely dependent on how you want to play your character: All Rogue, Rogue with a bit of Fighter, or a true multiclass split.
Ftr1 gets you the best fighting style (Archery)
Ftr2 you mentioned, with Action Surge
Ftr3 gets the sub-class and there are some good Battlemaster Maneuvers for archers
Ftr4 ASI
Ftr5 gets you the extra attack
I don't think there is a bad option here, perhaps with the exception of stopping at Ftr4; I think at that point you would be committed to Ftr5 for the extra attack
