Rusting Grasp

Hey y'all.
So the spell Rusting Grasp has a duration of "See Text". The only thing in the description about duration is that it is 1 round per level when used on ferrous creatures, but it doesn't say anything about duration when the target is any non-living metal (armor/weapon/iron door).
Therefore, I can only assume it is a one use per casting when used on anything that's not a ferrous creature, but I just want a second opinion.

I think the issue is that there's a limit on attacks; you can only use one melee touch attack per round. If they just tagged it as, "Rounds/lvl," it would leave open the possibility of getting more than one attack in each round. I'd probably rule that any of the uses (vs armor, weapon, or ferrous creature) is limited to 1 attack per round, but the effect on your attacks lasts for rounds/lvl.
