Delay Disease replaces Suspend Disease?

Silly question, is Delay Disease the 3.5 version of Suspend Disease? Or is it different enough that they're still separate spell options?

No need for opinions: Page 5 and 6 of the Spell Compendium provide an exhaustive list of all the spells that have been renamed/updated in that book. If the spell isn't on that list, it hasn't been updated/superseded, no matter how similar in content it is to another spell. So RAW, they both exist as printed in their respective books, despite serving much the same function.
