I've been pretty annoyed over some things in sigs. Lots of users put links in their sigs leading to kevan.brain.org, that eating your brain thing. It's getting pretty annoying now. I admit I fell for it many times, but now, with Firefox, I can always remember to check the URL. However, something that bypasses this is tinyurl. But even then, you can still sense the "C'mon, click here!" sense in it. I'm not asking for action to ban these sort of links, but just share your opinion and if you think action should be taken.
