So now that I have been thinking about it, given a 15th level character with a Collective, couldn't you use this as a way to move cargo around for free?
Put one person in Waterdeep, the other in Raven's Bluff, have one load up with cargo, then the other calls him with Ardent Legion? Put one at each city and use a 3rd to carry the cargo...instant back and forth for just PP.
What are the best ways to increase a single players ability to carry cargo in this fashion?
