From memory, I think Dreamscarred Press has a Dromite Racial paragon class. Other than that, Dromites advance by character class, their favoured class being the Wilder, their SRD entry (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/monsters/dromite.htm) has the full breakdown.

The 3.X racial classes I can remember were for creatures that had multiple HD, LA, or both. So there's not much reason for a Dromite RC because the space to split things in is so minimal.

Well there is for the feytouched so I would not to be surprised if there was a class for dromites, but as far as I know for the dromites there isn't a class. You could still use the Powerful races at first level from player guide to faerun to play one. I'm not so sure if that work well, but is a way to play a dromite from level 1
