Looking for a good weapon that will allow me to utilize both my Iron Tortoise & piercing thunder Maneuvers . Reach or Not I know at level 6 that'll no longer matter .

Nodachi, good crits, good damage, and it counts as both a Polearm and Heavy Blade so it's a Discipline weapon for almost all if not all of your Disciplines. You'll get the +2 to the save DCs for that and if you take Discipline Focus with one of the Disciplines you'll get the +2 to damage with it as well.
