I need to build Sturm Brightblade as a level 6 cavalier in pathfinder 1e

My master is adapting the AD&D modules into pathfinder 1e and told me to build Sturm as a 6th level cavalier, the stats are 18 16 14 12 12 11. Human of course. Ideally I would need an archetype without the mount, the weapon/shield/armor is my choice but melee. Any suggestion on skills and feats and order and skills ?

If you really don’t want mount, best I find is sovereign blade samurai. Everything else seems less thematic. I’d probably keep the mount myself
