Curfew!!!
The Masked Lords have declared a curfew to begin an hour after the sun sets. Anyone found out of doors will be subject to arrest and imprisonment.

Papers!
The Masked Lords have declared that anyone wishing to travel to a different ward of the city than the one that the person currently lives that they must obtain a set of papers from any Gate in order to do so. Anyone found in a ward outside their residential ward without papers giving permission to be in that ward will be subject to arrest and imprisonment.

Murder!
There has been a good number of recent murders of citizens of the city in the different wards. The City Watch and the City's other protectors are pursuing all possible leads. Any citizen that knows anything about the Murders is to inform the city watch immediately.

There has been a good number of recent bombings in the wards of the city. The City Watch and the City's other protectors are pursuing all possible leads. Any citizen that knows anything about the bombings are to inform the city watch immediately.

Grand Ball!
The Grand Ball for the Noble family of Hasmirtryal is still on schedule. The Hasmirtryals are celebrating the forthcoming nuptials of their daughter, Lady Casimir. Those who have received an invitation are welcome to attend. Dress warmly, it looks to be cool night.

Derelict Ship!
The wooden ship that sailed into the harbor a few days ago was finally brought in and tied up to a pier in Dock Ward. The City Watch investigated the ship but could find no sign of the crew or of any records of an owner. The only information that was found a series of marks that appear to resemble a rose with clinging ivy leaves and beneath it is the partially scratched out word "Jocelyn".

Missing Kittens!
A shipment of kittens has gone missing along with its owner, Lady Drusiela who is a member of the wealthy Noble family of the Holsteins. For any information, please consult the city watch. If you have information, please inform the city watch.

The Empty House!
A house has recently been reported to the city watch for having strange sounds occurring at night along with no signs of habitation. In recent weeks, however, a number of Nobles visited the house for a ball and the house was well furnished. The city watch is requesting assistance is this matter.

There were several well attended protests over the failures of the Masked Lords to put a stop to the murders and bombings that have plagued our city in recent weeks.

With the death of several Masked Lords of the City, the Open Lord has let it be known that investigations are underway for selecting their replacements. Within the last few weeks, 11 Masked Lords were found murdered and so far there has no been arrests related to these murders. The City Watch has stated that it is pursuing all possible leads.

Troubles!
With the Curfew, several workers and members of the guilds that serve the docks/piers of the city have become angry and demanding more pay for having to perform a greater amount of work in a shorter period of time.

The City Watch is always recruiting for new members.
