I'm sorry, I don't think there is one left on the internet, every link I found was either missing or broken. Two points anyway:
- Captnq is still mildly active on Min/Max Boards (last activity in August 2020, far better than the 2014 on GitP), so you might get what you want by MPing him there (don't expect a quick answer, tho)
-In the end, captnq wanted to combine his armor handbook and weapon handbook into a Combat Equipment handbook. I'm not sure how it went, and it doesn't seem to have been very widespread, but that may be food for research.

Go to "Combat Equipment" to find the Weapon Handbook, fused with the Armor Handbook.

I am absolutely stupefied by the sheer size of this archive. Captnq is a madman in all the best meanings of the word. And according to most of his posts in 2013 and 2014, he had a hard life. Hope he is better now.
